Returns & Exchanges

Only NY accepts returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned merchandise must include original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return shipping label; a flat processing fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
