We offer worldwide shipping. Domestic orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, while international shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as discounted sale goods, are final sale.
How should I care for my Only NY apparel?
To preserve the quality of our screen-printed graphics and premium fabrics, we recommend washing items in cold water and hanging them to dry.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Many of our releases are limited edition. While we occasionally restock core staples, most seasonal graphics and collaborations will not be reproduced once sold out.
